When and how do we cry Burgundy?
Cherry Brandy's optimal sowing period is autumn. This station is ideal because the plantation should be done when the tree enters a vegetative rest.
When we plant Burgundy we must make sure that the ground is not frozen and that there are positive temperatures above 5 ° C.
In order for the sowing to be successful, we adopt some measures to prepare the seedlings extracted from the ground for a short period, before planting them. In this sense, we worry the roots, eliminating the damaged parts or death and shortening health until you reach a length of about 7 cm. This operation aims to improve the radical system. After this phase the roots will be rehydrated using a solution based on water, yellow earth and manure.
During sowing, different varieties of cherries (at least three) should be used to increase pollination. The soil on which we will plant Burgundy must be sized so that we can maintain the necessary distances between trees and files, respectively of about 3-4 meters.
We begin to plant the necessary holes in which we will insert the seedlings; These holes must be spacious enough to allow the expansion of the roots. On the worked and loose floor, the hole must dig one or two days before sowing and will be about half a meter long, wide and tall. Inside the hole, the fertile land will be positioned, which will be mixed with manure. Then, the seedlings are inserted with the root in this layer of earth in the lower part of the hole. After the introduction, the seedlings of the seedlings are covered with earth and compact. In the end, the ground around the height will be irrigated.
How do we take care of the Bordelés garden?

Firstly, the height requires pruning in the spring to model its foliage and encourage the fruiting process. The black cherry is also cut in mid -summer to eliminate old and sick branches or some invasive sprouts. The production of tree fruits can also be stimulated by making transversal or longitudinal engravings in the yolk, respectively in the trunk, or folding and archives the branches.
At the same time, height loves water and needs a good level of hydration that we must periodically guarantee, especially in periods of drought.
To keep the tree healthy and the rich harvest, we need nutrients. To fertilize Burgundy, it is possible to use commercial fertilizers every year or Lepo once every few years. And to keep the parasites away, the branches of the trees are cleaned with a brush and copper -based solutions.
How is the height collected?
