Among the most popular and cultivated fruit trees in our country we remember: blueberry, brunette, raspberry and curling. These shrubs multiply easily and quickly bring fruits, the fruits have a high nutritional and therapeutic value.

Before creating a plantation of fruit trees, more or less, it is good to take into account the following:

Requirements for environmental factors.

affinity It grows well in areas with fresh and humid climate, up to the altitudes from 600 to 800 m. It also tolerates temperatures up to -25 degrees in winter. The soil on which it is planted must be well drained and without excess of humidity, which has an acid reaction.

in the garden It develops well in ferritic soils permeable to cold currents and strong winds. The varieties without thorns fear the frost during the winter, in which case they will be better protected.

raspberry Tolerate winter frosts well, provided that the annual stems are very ripe and lignified at the beginning of winter. It can grow in any type of soil, permeable, with sufficient humidity and with a slightly acid reaction.

The Ribes It tolerates temperatures up to -30 degrees in winter, but does not tolerate very high temperatures or long droughts in the summer. It grows well in permeable and quite humid soils, with a slightly acidic reaction.

Sowing period

Like fruit trees, shrubs can be planted in autumn or spring. When the plantation is carried out in autumn, the plants will be considered protected during the winter with a layer of earth or other protective materials (straw, mats, films), especially in the case of more and blueberries.

Preparation of the material before sowing.

The livestock cuttings are modeled and 3-4 yolks are shortened.

Check that the raspberry cuttings are practicable, cut the wounded or dry roots and embrace the stems at 20-25 cm.

The cuttings of drama blueberries must have stems from 30 to 45 cm and a radical system to which the land of the vurator can still adhere.

After modeling them, the cuttings will be immersed (in an equal mixture of water+earth+sand), after which they will be planted.

The real sowing

The sowing of blueberries is performed in holes of 40x40x40 cm. If the soil is not acidic enough, it can add acid peat to the sowing hole. In holes, the cuttings will planted 4-5 cm deeper than the nursery. After plants the plants will be watered very well, therefore widespread.

The currants are planted in 30x30x30 cm holes or in holes made in the whole row, respecting the distance between the plants per row, taking care of the planting of 4-6 cm deeper than the nursery. After sowing, it is carefully compact, water and covered with mulch towards terminal yolks.

The raspberries are planted in 40x40x40 cm holes or in 30/30 cm holes, well irrigated, covered by mulch up to 15-18 cm, after which the sprouts are abbreviated to the level of the mulch.

Morera is planted in 25x25x25 cm holes. If the plants are in pots, with an earth ball, 2-3 cm must be planted deeper than the level of the ball; If the plants have naked roots they will bury 3-5 cm more deeply of the level of the plot.

Sowing distances

The order:

-2.5 -4 m between the lines
-1,2 -2.5 m among the plants adopted

For Ribes:

-2.5 -3 m between the lines
-0.7 -1.5 m among Adorned plants

Ribes can be planted in an intensive system, in the form of a fence of fruit or in a superintendent system, when the collection is performed mechanized.

For raspberries:

-2.5 -3 m between the lines
-0.5 m among adoption plants

In small gardens the distances between the lines can be minor, taking into account the fact that maintenance works are not performed mechanized.
